Rooms, Cheriton Bishop, Exeter, Devon Woodleigh Coach House Bed and Breakfast Cafe and Tea Rooms, Cheriton Bishop, Exeter, Devon ![]() www.woodleighcoach.com Only the Victorians could design and build a property in the heart of Devon countryside near Exeter with a flavour of a Norman church, now a Grade II listed building dating back to 1897. On arrival, you will be so pleased that they did. Handsome on the outside and fabulously quirky inside. The bedrooms are nicely presented, very comfortable and all en-suite. If you fancy something really romantic and luxurious, there is the four-poster Grand Room that has stunning views across Dartmoor. The whole house has a fabulous, friendly vibe about it. The proprietor Michelle, and her family, are great fun; it really is like staying with good friends who just happen to live in the heart of beautiful Devon and own a fabulous bed and breakfast. Michelle organises gigs in the garden; see her website for details. There are a couple of friendly ghosts here too. |
